Dodge City
I think that if there were to be another manufacturer in V8
Supercars, it should be Dodge with the new Charger R/T because it is very much
like our V8 Supercars – a V8-engined, rear-wheel-drive four-door sedan. I think
it will fit in well with Ford and Holden.

V8s are sending me broke
Last Sunday I attended the V8 Supercar round at Queensland
Raceway. The general admission cost (no pit pass) was an outrageous $75.00. In
2006 I paid $50 for the same entry. How can the organisers justify a 50 per cent
increase in 12 months?
My guess is that because Channel Seven’s live telecast of the main
game is over by about 2pm, we spectators will stay to watch the rest of the
afternoons program to get value for money because we have paid so much to get
in.
Well, think again, because next year this black duck will not be
there at all.
I love my V8 Supercars but I refuse to be ripped off at the gate
There is a limit to what the average spectator can afford.
